Zain instructs on how to create delicious whole-food meals, smoothies and desserts. Known as the girl who ‘can turn any sinful, decadent recipe into a healthy good-for-you dish, Zain’s loves the challenge of getting down and dirty in her workshops by taking the foods you love and transforming them ingredient by ingredient.
Zain’s specialities include but are not limited to pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan and/or raw food and international cuisine that is high in protein, balanced in macronutrients and rich in flavour.
Workshops typically last 3-4 hours and are available in a private or group setting, perfect for ladies parties, mom’s (who are just grasping the basics of cooking) or those who are ready to take on healthier habits.
Each participant will receive a personal holistic nutrition consultation as an added bonus.
